Afua hosted two screenings at the 61st Solothurn Film Festival, Switzerland’s most important festival for Swiss film. Held annually in the baroque city of Solothurn, the festival is a driving force behind Swiss film culture and a meeting place for audiences and filmmakers, attracting over 65,000 visitors each year.

Screenings take place across various cinemas in Solothurn’s historic town centre, with the festival programme showcasing a diverse selection of Swiss and international films alongside podiums, panels and moderated talks.
